Ernani Paggi was an Italian water polo judge and referee. Paggi officiated in seven matches at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. He also refereed in matches at the World and European Championships. After he retired as a referee he began to coach future water polo officials in a training school that he founded. Paggi was a delegate at the Italy-All Stars match, which was held in Genova in October 2018.
