Biography

Pablo Campana was an Ecuadorian tennis player, businessman, and government minister. Campana played professionally from 1990 to 1997, achieving a career-best singles ranking of 165 in the world in September 1996. Campana competed for Ecuador in the Davis Cup from 1990 to 1997. His best Grand Slam performance came at the 1996 US Open when he reached the third round. At the 1996 Atlanta Olympics he competed in the doubles tournament with Nicolás Lapentti, with the pair reaching the second round.

Campana graduated from the Universidad Del Pacífico with a degree in business administration. From August 2018 to June 2019, he was Ecuador’s Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment. He later became the founder and CEO of his own company.
