Clevonte Lodge-Bean was a top-performing sprinter with the Bermuda Pacers Track Club. Lodge-Bean represented Bermuda at the CARIFTA Games from 2017 to 2020, where he competed in the 100, 200, and 400 metres. In 2018 he ran in the 400 metres at the Summer Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires, but failed to finish after suffering a hamstring injury in his heat. That same year Lodge-Bean was named Male Athlete of the Year by the Pacers Track Club and was awarded with a government junior achievement award a year later. Tragically he was only 18-years-old when he was killed when his motorcycle collided with another car in November 2020.
