Bernard Lefèvre was a left winger who played for France at the 1952 Helsinki Olympics. He had a 15-year career in French professional football, playing over 400 games and scoring 143 goals as a left winger. Lefèvre won two French titles, in 1954 with Lille OSC and in 1957 with AS Saint-Étienne. He also won two Coupes de France, playing with Lille (Les Dogues) in 1953 and 1955. Later in his career Lefèvre played with FC Nancy from 1958-60, Olympique de Marseille in 1960-62, and finished his playing career back with Lille from 1962-64.
