Haydn Hill was an English amateur international. He played as goalkeeper for Sheffield Wednesday, Dulwich Hamlet and Yorkshire Amateurs from Leeds. Hill also played for Corinthians and Sheffield University. In the 1937 FA Amateur Cup final at Upton Park he was carried off the field shoulder-high by his team-mates after a heroic performance that helped Dulwich Hamlet beat Leyton 2-0. In the 1936 Olympic tournament he kept the British goal in both games against China and Poland. He also played cricket for Dorset in the Minor Counties Championship from 1948-53.
