Jaime Batres was a Guatemalan footballer who played for the national team during the late 1980s. In 1988 Batres was part of the squad that competed in the football tournament at the Seoul Olympics, playing in all three of their group stage matches. Back home he was the captain of Club Xelajú in Quetzaltenango leading the side to the league title in 1996.
