Biography
Józef Łęczycki submitted his design for the Central Institute for Physical Education in Warsaw-Bielany together with his brother Mieczysław at the 1928 Olympics. Like his brother, Józef had a planning office in Łódź. Most of his projects were in a functionalist style both there and in other cities such as Gdańsk.
