Biography

A goalkeeper, Ottavio Bugatti won two Italian titles with FC Internazionale Milano in 1963 and 1965. These were the ”golden years” for this club and he also won two European Champion Cups in 1964 and 1965. In Serie A, after starting with SPAL, Bugatti played for SSC Napoli, appearing where he played in 256 matches from 1953-61. Bugatti had seven international caps, debuting on 16 July 1952 in the opening match of the Helsinki Olympics. He played in three qualifying matches for the 1958 FIFA World Cup.
