Abdel Kader Moukhtatif was born in Settat in 1934. He played for AS FAR in Morocco’s top division during the 1960s, and in the Mohammed V Cup international tournament. In the 1962 edition of the competition, he became the first Moroccan player to score a hat-trick against Real Madrid.
For the national team, he scored a goal against Tunisia, and was later selected to represent Morocco at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.
