Biography
Tom Hicks was one of the early members of London´s Northampton Institute (NI) club. He mostly participated in handicap races at distances from 100 yards upwards. Although entered for the 6-hour race at the 1900 Paris Olympics he did not take part. Hicks was also a swimmer and competed, again in handicap races, at the Northampton Institute.
