Biography

Law Pak was born in Hong Kong, and although he spent his entire domestic football career there, internationally he represented Republic of China/Taiwan/Formosa. Most notably, he won a gold medal at the Asian Games in 1958, but he also took part in that tournament in 1966, and was a member of the squad at the 1960 Rome Olympics, where his team was eliminated in the preliminary round.

Domestically, Law got his start with the Eastern Sports Club in 1952, and won the first division and the senior shield with them in 1956. He then moved to the KMB Football Team and remained there until 1960, before switching to Tung Wa for the 1960-1961 season and Kwong Wah AA for the 1961-1962 season. From 1965 through 1965 he was with Yuen Long FC, capturing the first division title again in 1963. He then returned to Eastern through 1968, spent 13 games with Hong Kong Rangers FC, and was then with Telecom from 1969-1972, with another break for Eastern in 1970-1971. He ended his career with three games with Yuen Long during the 1972-1973 season.

Law then began a coaching career with Yuen Long and had a stint coaching the Chinese Taipei national team from 1977 through 1981. He had his longest coaching stint, 1975 through 1989, with Flying Camel, and helped them capture the National Football League title from 1983 through 1985, and again in 1988. He then spent one season, 1990-1991, with Eastern before retiring.
