Biography

Dörte Schiltz was a member of the German rhythmic gymnastics team at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics that finished eighth out of nine. This event was held for the first time at the Olympics and consisted of the use of a ball and club in the qualifying round, and the hoop and ball in the final.

Schiltz was affiliated with TV Wattenscheid. She won several German national titles and later married trampoline gymnast Martin Kubicka.
