Ralli Ben-Yehuda took up gymnastics after World War II and by the early 1950s was already representing Israel abroad at the student level. In the lead-up to the 1960 Rome Olympics, she was coached by Ágnes Keleti, who had recently arrived at the Orde Wingate Institute, and won the national individual all-around title in 1958 and 1959. She was injured shortly prior to the Games, however, and could only manage a best finish of joint-62nd in the uneven bars. Following her retirement from active competition, she took up coaching and was named Israeli Coach of the Year in 1983 and 1987. She was also an instructor at the Wingate Institute.
