Bjarne Jeppesen was a Danish handball player who spent the early part of his career with Fredericia KFUM. By 1983 Jeppesen had moved to Kolding HK where he was a player-coach for two years, before joining the nearby team of Kolding IF. With the latter team he helped them to win four consecutive championships from 1987 to 1991. Following his career in Denmark he went to Norway where he helped Stavanger to win the Norwegian championship.
Jeppesen made his début for the Danish national team in February 1977, eventually playing in 88 international matches and scoring 290 goals. He was part of the team that competed at the 1980 Moskva Olympics where he played in five matches and scored 19 goals. Jeppesen later worked as a teacher in schools in the town of Fredericia.
