Eduard Aellig was an Austrian judoka who participated in the 1972 München Olympics. He was eliminated in the pool stage of the half-heavyweight division. He also participated in the world championships in 1971 and 1975. Aellig was a bronze medallist at the European Team Championships in 1970, and obtained a second and third place at the 1971 Military World Championships.
