Toshihiko Koga, a Japanese judoka, competed at three Olympic Games, winning a gold medal in 1992 as a lightweight, and a silver medal in 1996 as a light-middleweight. He was a three-time World Champion, winning in 1989, 1991, and 1995, also winning a bronze medal in 1987. After his retirement as a competitor, Koga coached the Japanese women’s team, and coached the women’s judo team at International Pacific University in Okayama, in western Japan.
