Austrian Bruno Jerebicnik was a modern pentathlete and fencer who participated in the 1972 München Olympics. Individually he finished 44th and with the Austrian pentathlon team he came eleventh. He later became a fencing Master at the Academy of Fencing of Austria and at the Academy of the Poor International.
Jerebicnik also obtained the degree of a graduated trainer with the German Fencing Association, working as the founder for many years in Berlin with Charlottenburg Fecht-Club. He also founded the Deutsche Interessengemeinschaft für Allround – Fencing & Historie (German interest group for all-round fencing and history).
