Biography
Modern pentathlete Ingo Peirits finished 17th with the Austrian team at the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics and came 51st out of 52 competitors individually. He did not finish his sports studies (teaching degree) but became a coach and instructor trainer instead. He was employed by the Austrian Association for Modern Pentathlon as a full-time youth co-ordinator and modern pentathlon teacher at the Wiener Neustadt Sports Secondary School.
