Czech-born Austrian rower Georg Kröder was a member of the coxed fours outriggers of RV Germania Leitmeritz. The team lost the heat to Norway at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics. At the Austro-Hungarian Championship in Wien (Vienna) the same year, the foursome had placed first at the Germania rowing club and thus qualified for the Stockholm Games.
