Biography

In the 1960s Law Hon Pak was the bantamweight boxing champion of Hong Kong and was selected to compete at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. Law won his first fight by knockout against Spain’s Agustín Senin before losing to Juan Fabila of Mexico on points. He retired from the sport two years later but continued to teach boxing classes for several decades along with working in his fulltime job as a newspaper proofreader. In 2017 Law was honoured with the Global Greater China Martial Arts Award by the Greater China Martial Arts Association.
