Attilio Cantoni was an Italian rower who rowed for the Moto Guzzi club in Mandello del Lario. In the era before World Championships, Cantoni was a four-time European Champion, winning in coxless fours in 1954 and 1956, and then in the eights in 1957-58. Cantoni competed at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics, just missing a medal in the coxless fours when his boat finished fourth.
