Kazimierz Lewandowski was a Polish rower. Lewandowski graduated from the Poznań University of Physical Education in 1977 with a master’s degree. Lewandowski was a four-time Polish champion, twice in doubles (1971–72) and twice in fours (1973–74). Lewandowski competed in the double sculls at the 1972 München Olympics. Two years later he competed at the 1974 World Championships. His son Przemysław Lewandowski rowed at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.
