Biography
Petre Milincovici rowed coxed fours for Romania at the 1960 Roma Olympics. He later became a rowing coach at Karlstadt in Germany from 1974-79, leading the club’s rowers to medals at the German Championships, the Youth World Championships, and the European U-23 Championships. He was personally known for his strength training even during his coaching years.
