Massimo Bruschini was an Italian boxer. As an amateur he won the 1963 pre-Olympic tournament in Tokyo by defeating the home champion Koji Masuda in the final, but at the Tokyo Olympics Bruschini lost in the first round.
Bruschini turned professional in 1965, and in April 1969 he became Italian super-welterweight champion by defeating Aldo Battistutta by TKO. He lost that title in October 1969 and retired after a loss in May 1970 to Nicola Menchi. Bruschini ended his professional career with a record of 20 wins (7 by KO), 2 losses (1 by KO), and 1 draw.
