Biography

Swiss-born Dorothée Deuring, cousin of Albert Deuring, was an Austrian sports shooter who competed at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. She placed 20th in the 50 metres small-bore rifle three positions event.

Deuring studied economics in the United States and chemistry at Straßburg. Before embarking on an international career, she served as managing director of her parents’ company in Hörbranz from 1993-97. Internationally, Deuring worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company (1997 to 1998), and since 2014, worked as an independent management consultant in the field of corporate finance in Zürich.
