German sports shooter Horst and his brother Alfred Goeldel-Bronikoven won bronze medals in team trap at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics. Individually Horst finished 14th. He also competed in the running deer single shot event and finished 24th. In 1908 he was the runner-up of Hamburg in shooting for darts. In 1916, he lived in Berlin, and dealt with a movement.
