Biography

German sports shooter Paul Wehner participated in the free pistol event over 50 metres at the 1936 Berlin Olympics and finished 12th. In 1952 he competed in the Helsinki Olympics and finished 24th in the rapid-fire pistol event. At the World Championships he was a member of the bronze medal winning German free pistol team in 1935 and 1939. From 1951-56 he was chairman of the German Sports Shooting Association.
