Ali Al-Baluchi was a Kuwaiti boxer who fought in the super-heavyweight class. Al-Baluchi finished as the runner-up in the final of the 1985 President’s Cup in Jakarta, before winning the Asian Boxing Championship in 1987. A year later he boxed at the 1988 Seoul Olympics where he lost to Alex Miroshnichenko.
