Eva-Maria Edinger was an Austrian artistic synchronised swimmer who competed at the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics. She finished 10th with Alexandra Worisch in the duet and was eliminated in the first round of the solo event.
At the 1981 European Championships Edinger won the bronze medal, again partnering Worisch, and in 1985 the pair won the gold medal as their greatest international achievement. At the 1982 World Championships they finished eighth.
