Heidi Koch was an Austrian swimmer who participated in the 1980 Moskva (Moscow) Olympics. She failed to advance to the semi-final of the 100 metres freestyle. Later, she turned to Ironman triathlons and participated in the 2009 Nice, and the 2012 Klagenfurt and Hawai’i triathlons. Koch became a physiotherapist by profession and was also a swimming instructor who later held courses in baby swimming.
