Patricia Olano was a Colombian swimmer who mainly competed in freestyle. Olano was selected to represent Colombia at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics where she swam in the 100, 200, 400, and 800 metres freestyle, with a best result of 20th place in the 200 metres. She also swam in the 400 metres individual medley at the Mexico City Games, again placing 20th. Two years later at the 1970 Central American and Caribbean Games Olano won silver in the 4 × 100 metres medley relay and bronze in the 4 × 100 metres freestyle relay.
