Klaus Dockhorn was an East German distance freestyler. He was eliminated in the heats of the 400 and the 1,500 m freestyle at the 1972 München Olympics. In 1972 he took the East German national title in the 400 freestyle, and in 1974 in the 1,500. Dockhorn was employed by the municipality of Halle on Saale.
