Katja Ziliox was a West German swimmer participating in the 1988 Seoul Olympics. She placed 31st in the 100 metres freestyle, and 28th in the 200 metres backstroke. With the 4x100 metres freestyle relay team she came seventh. The relay then won the bronze medal at the 1989 European Championships.
