Biography
Frank Henter was a West German freestyle swimmer finishing seventh in final of the 50 metres event at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. He never won a national title but was runner-up in 1987 and 1988 over 50 metres. By profession, Henter became executive chairman of a personnel service provider company.
