German diver Otto Hooff finished fifth on the springboard at the 1904 St. Louis Olympics. He also qualified for the 1906 Athina Games, but did not start. Nationally Hooff started for SC Poseidon Berlin and was German Champion in 1899 and from 1904-07. He was also European Champion from 1898-1900 and from 1904-06.
