Biography

Ágnes Bíró was a Hungarian swimmer who represented Újpesti TE in Budapest. Bíró swam in the 400 metres freestyle at the 1936 Berlin Olympics, narrowly missing out on progressing to the semi-finals after finishing fourth in her heat. She was also part of the Hungarian quartet that tied for fourth with Canada in the final of the 4 × 100 metres freestyle relay.
