Ezio Della Savia was an Italian swimmer who represented FIAT Torino, with him becoming the national champion in the 100 metres freestyle. Della Savia swam in the same event at his home Olympics in 1960 in Roma where he finished 20th after reaching the semi-finals. Four years later he competed in the 200 metres backstroke at the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, also reaching the semi-finals to finish 13th. In 1967 Della Savia, Pietro Boscaini, Ugo Targetti, and Massimo Borracci won silver in the 4 × 100 metres freestyle relay at the Mediterranean Games in Tunis.
