Biography
Tom Arne Nybak was a Norwegian ski jumping official who worked for the Akershus Ski Judges’ Association. Nybak refereed at multiple international competitions including the World Ski Flying Championships and the Olympics. At the 1992 Albertville Games he judged the Nordic combined individual and team events, along with the normal and large hill ski jumping competitions.
