Biography

Bengt Rask was a Swedish swimmer who represented Stockholms KK in the 1950s where he specialised in the breaststroke. In 1950 Rask won bronze in the 200 metres breaststroke at the European Championships in Wien. Consistent performances earned him a place on the Olympic team for the 1952 Helsinki Games where he finished 22nd in the same event. He was 96-years-old when he died in July 2024.
