Eva Chaloupková was a Czechoslovak swimmer who competed at the 1924 Paris Olympics. Chaloupková finished in last place in her heat for the 400 metres freestyle, and was scheduled to swim in the 100 metres freestyle but did not start the event. Chaloupková set a Czechoslovak record in the 50 metres freestyle that lasted 20 years.
