After retiring from competition, Crousillat opened L’Ardoise, a restaurant on the Cours Julien in Marseille. He later started his own business, MCO, which organized congresses, sporting events, and concerts. He also started World Series 13 and a Promotional Water Polo League in the 2000s, working to popularize his favorite sport.
