Biography

Xenofon Moudatsios was a Greek water polo player and coach who represented Panathinaikos. In 1984 Moudatsios played in five matches for the national team at the Los Angeles Olympics, scoring a goal in their 9–9 draw against Brazil. After his playing career he worked as a coach in women’s water polo, helping Olympiacos to win the Greek championship in 1995 and leading Glyfada to victory in the 2000 Champions League. Moudatsios was married to Dimitra Asilian, who won silver in the women’s water polo tournament at the 2004 Athina Olympics.
