Biography
Udo Guse was a German weightlifter who placed seventh in the heavyweight class at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. In 1989, he won a silver medal both at the World and European Championships, representing East Germany. The same year he won the former GDR national title. After re-unification, he added German national titles in 1990-92, and in 1991 won a bronze medal at the Europeans.
