Biography

Sándor Holczreiter had the following podium finishes at major championships: 3rd in the 1972 Olympics Flyweight class (327.5 kg); 2nd in the 1971 World Championships Flyweight class (332.5 kg); 3rd in the 1972 World Championships Flyweight class (327.5 kg); 2nd in the 1970 European Championships Flyweight class (327.5 kg); 2nd in the 1971 European Championships Flyweight class (327.5 kg). He set two world world records – flyweight total in 1970, and bantamweight press in 1971.
