Viktor Fischer was an Austrian wrestler who competed at the 1912 Stockholm and the 1924 Paris Olympic Games. At Stockholm he lost in the fourth round in the lightweight class, Greco-Roman to Swedish upcoming silver medallist Gustaf Malmström. At Paris he finished tied for fifth-place in the middleweight class.
At the 1912 and 1913 Unofficial European Championships, Fischer finished third and in 1920 he won the World Championships. In 1921, he moved to Köln (Cologne) and in 1929 he immigrated to Paraguay. One year later he returned to Wien (Vienna) as he did not like the South American climate.
In 1922 and 1926, Fischer won the German Fighting Games, while in 1923, he won the German national title. He also won three Austrian national titles in 1912, 1919 and 1924.
