Biography
Spanish basketball player Agustín Bertomeu began his career with CE Laietà, joining their first team in 1956 when he was 17. After just two seasons with the club Bertomeu was selected to play for the Spanish national team. He represented Spain in 15 international matches, including playing in the tournament at the 1960 Roma Olympics. He continued his domestic career with CB Aismalíbar before his retirement in 1963 at the age of 23.
