Guillaume Snoeck was an early prominent name in the amateur wrestling scene of Antwerpen during the 1910s and 1920s. A member of the club founded and trained by 1912 Olympian Laurent Gerstmans, Snoeck competed in the light-heavyweight class of both Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling at the 1920 Antwerpen Olympics, losing in the quarter finals of both tournaments.
