Biography

Carlo Vitrano was an Italian wrestler who represented Accademia Scudieri Palermo during the late 1950s and the early 1960s. From 1958 to 1960 Vitrano won three consecutive national titles in freestyle wrestling, earning himself a place on the Olympic team. At the Roma Games he competed in the flyweight class but lost to Paul Neff (GER) and Nikola Vasilev Dimitrov (BUL) to be eliminated.
