Daniel Gouffier was a French sailor who represented Sport Nautique de l’Ouest in Nantes. Gouffier and Jean-Claude Cornu finished 14th in the Flying Dutchman at the 1960 Roma Olympics. The following year the pair won the 505 World Championship in Weymouth, England.
