Emilio Casanovas was an Argentine track and field athlete who competed as a sprinter. Casanovas ran in the 400 metres at the 1924 Paris Olympics but finished in last place in his heat and was eliminated. He was also scheduled to run in the 200 metres and the 4 × 400 metres relay but did not start in either race.
